Dining at Palmers is a social event where you taste, toast and have interesting conversations.
We take inspiration from the Greek archipelago, bustling food markets in Marrakech and Lebanese meze culture.
The heart of our cooking surrounds the flavors from the charcoal grill, different colors and scents from vegetables and herbs. A wonderful part och flavors and a generous amount of fresh spices.

Good morning honey, it’s time to enjoy Ellery’s breakfast buffet with an archipelago view.
Alex and his team invites you to take a seat at Palmers Restaurant, where you can pick and choose whatever you’re in the mood for. At the bar you’ll find coffee, tea and fresh juices, head to the kitchen isle with all your sandwich toppings and take a cruise to the large green table with lots of greens and chia pudding. Don’t miss our signature breakfast dish Shakshuka by our friendly chef’s.
